With all due respect to vegertarians for the bacon part, but its true – bacon really does make everything better.  Try dropping into the pan as your brown stew meat, drop it into a chicken casserole or add it, v ery crisp and finely chopped to a delightful spinach salad.

We’re not sure we feel the same way about sauerkraut – pickled cabbage that is best known as a condiment for hotdogs, but we do know some people are total sauerkraut fanatics – so much so that the town of Waynseville, OH has an annual Sauerkraut Festival – Sauerkraut pizza anyone?
