A great product. I use it every day for my grilled ham & cheese sandwich at lunchtime. I've been searching for a replacement for my old grill. One of the few with flat griddle plates (most have ridges) that I prefer. This one heats up faster and grills more quickly than my old one. A great grill at a good price.

This product provides a perfect grilled sandwich each time no matter the type of bread used! Fast and easy clean up with just a damp cloth!!

I believe this is the most disappointing small appliance I have ever bought. It will accommodate only a sandwich 1/2 inch tall. There is no such thing unless it's a thin slice of cheese on a pita. Forget using homemade bread sandwiches to toast in this thing. It is WAY too shallow to do anything with --- hummmmm, maybe you could toast a Poptart. Also, it is full of little cracks and crevices PLUS screw heads for melted cheese to get into --- there is no way to REALLY clean it so I expect it's a breeding machine for bacteria. The picture posted on Amazon is a joke!!!!! I recommend you close your browser and restart your search for a sandwich toaster.
