My 2 year old really likes these character pancakes, and the product is really easy to clean.

I just got this waffle iron the other day. I made waffles this morning and my kids lapped them up! I do wish they were bigger in size but to have all the characters on one is really great. The kids love picking out which ones they want and ate more then they normally would have eaten. I can't wait to try cooking other things in this like the brownies. I thought they cooked really fast if set on the high (4) setting. It is very easy to clean and love they include a little scoop to help put the batter into the character molds. Highly recommend for any Disney fan.
Slow to Warm Up

I love Disney, so my family purchased this for me. The initial heating phase takes a good 5-10 minutes, and the first batch is almost always thrown out. After that, it works like a charm.
Fun toy and the kids love it

Reviewer: J. Hoerter,
This is a toy. It makes cute waffles, even though they may be small. I do agree with a lot of the reviewers regarding the size. But, again, it's a toy. It's for the kids and not for you. It makes great waffles, they're cute, the kids like them, they're actually great bite size snacks for daddy to eat while he's making them. It takes time to make them all, but again, they're cute. By toy, I don't mean that the device is cheap. It's well made, heats up quick and cooks the waffles as you would expect. On the recommended setting, it takes about 4 minutes to make one batch and usually about 30 minutes to make the entire batch of waffle batter. By the time I'm done, the kids are done eating and now I have a bunch to put in the freezer for another day. Now if I could figure out how to re-cook these things well. I'm still experimenting there. I haven't tried making any other baked good yet, just waffles. Hm, getting kind of hungry typing about it.
Ok- a little tricky to use

Overall it is an ok product. I would have preferred the characters to be bigger as it can be difficult to get them out. I have used it for pancakes and brownies. . .they come out ok, but it certainly takes a long time to make enough for my 3 kids. A number get broken in the process. If I had to do it again, I would skip it and try to getter the bigger Micky waffle iron.
